Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, happy Yule, or simply happy hump day! However you spend this time of year, I hope you have great food, great company (your own company is easily great) and happy tidings! I myself will be curled up on my couch, Christmas PJs on, covered in a cat or two while drinking and eating my weight in goodness.
Before I sign off and do just that, I thought I would share some pictures I took this past weekend when I braved the crowds and went to the famous Edinburgh Christmas Market!
My first time on the Ferris wheel and the view was incredible, though the weather was pleasant, it was not particularly pretty. The full market with Edinburgh castle as the gorgeous backdrop.
Princess Street with the already bursting crowds and Castle Hill all the way at the back. But I have to say, you would not catch me dead on the ride behind the Scott Monument. Would you be crazy enough to ride this?
